The firm has a rich history of collaboration with world renowned architects such as Frank Gehry, Moshe Safdie, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Robert A.M. Stern, all of which projects garnered prestigious industry awards.

The company also has an ongoing focus on and commitment to historical building and preservation as exemplified by its location at Trinity Centre, the landmarked twin office towers at 111 and 115 Broadway, and its historic renovations in Boston and Chicago, including the iconic Inland Steel Building, now designated a National Historic Landmark both on the interior and exterior.

Since its inception, Capital Properties has developed, acquired and managed over 18,000 apartment units and 8 million square feet of office space in major US markets primarily from Boston to Atlanta.
